1. Introduction
Lumora is built for brands that need a fast, conversion-focused storefront: home storytelling, collection browsing, rich product pages, cart drawer, blogs, and customer account templates.
Requirements: Shopify store with Online Store 2.0, a published theme slot, and permission to customize themes.
2. Installation and updates
- Install Lumora from the Shopify Theme Store.
- Before editing code, duplicate the theme: Actions → Duplicate.
- Customize content in the theme editor; avoid editing Liquid unless you accept maintenance risk.
- For updates from the Theme Store, review release notes and test on the duplicate before publishing.
3. Theme settings
In Customize → Theme settings, you will find groups such as:
- Logo and favicon — brand assets and gift card logo.
- Color palette — primary surfaces, text, and accent pairs.
- Typography — heading and body fonts.
- Layout — page width, spacing, and global layout options.
Labels in the editor match the theme locale files (English / French).
4. Main sections
Key sections available in the theme editor include:
- Home hero and featured collections
- Product grids, filters, and collection templates
- Product page with media gallery, variants, and modular blocks
- FAQ, testimonials, multicolumn, image with text, logo list, promo strip
- Newsletter and related / complementary products
- Cart page and cart drawer
Open the homepage or product template in Customize to add, remove, or reorder sections.
